for a talented Growth Operations Intern to join us on this exciting journey. This internship offers the

explore various areas, including business development.

Position: Growth Operations Intern

Responsibilities: As a Growth Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior
Leadership and Operations teams as they interface with clients and work to grow the Company. You will
be responsible for a variety of tasks, allowing you to gain valuable experience and contribute to the
growth of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various
channels, including social media, industry events, and market research.

2. Sales Operations Management: Help streamline and optimize the sales process by maintaining
and updating the CRM system, tracking sales data, and generating reports for the sales team.

3. Opportunity Development Support – Assist in client-facing activities, collaborate with Senior
Team to move deals through the funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to relevant
stakeholders and help with contract preparation and reviews to support the long term success
and business growth of the Company.

4. Trade Show Oversight: Coordinate logistics and preparation for trade shows and industry
events, ensuring a smooth and successful presence at these events.

5. Marketing Operations Support: Oversee maintenance of the website, marketing materials,
facilitate update requests from the Senior Team and other forms of general support.

6. Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement, providing valuable insights to the team.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales,
marketing, and business development, to foster a collaborative and innovative work
environment.

Requirements:

 Organizational Abilities: Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of
handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analysis
software is a plus.

 Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a willingness to work cross-functionally and contribute
to the success of the organization.

 Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by consistently going above and
beyond in tasks and responsibilities with a positive attitude.

 Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Relevant
experience or coursework in sales and marketing is advantageous.
