Job Description
Summary:
The Corporate Accounts Manager will report to the VP of Corporate Accounts. Individual will be responsible for execution on strategy to assure strong relationships and expansion of corporate accounts (specifically with plumbing buying groups) while increasing ADS profitability and maximize shareholder value.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate programs
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (including Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, etc) to drive solutions to Customer needs
- Partner with Field Sales group to facilitate sales on a local level
- Formulate and implement business and sales analysis based on customer, region and product
- Evaluate competition and understand our strengths, weakness, exposure, and opportunities.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing, and technology activities
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Account Management Experience
- Program Management & Development
- Building Material Experience
- Retail/ National account sales
- Pricing & Market Strategy Development
- 5+ Years of Sales/Account Management Experience
Physical and Travel Requirements:
- Ability to work in office and field environments
- 40% travel including air and car
