Job Description
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-
Identify and mitigate workplace hazards with systemic process and engineering improvements.

Identify root cause of safety incidents, formulate and drive action plans to eliminate future occurrence.
-
Lead a safety team to develop a positive safety culture.
-
Maintain a TIR of <0.35
-
Track safety incidents for trend analysis.
-
Ensure OSHA safety records are maintained and up to date.
-
Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
-
Monitor compliance of company policies and regulatory authority laws via on floor presence.

Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
-
Safety experience in a warehouse or production environment.
-
Great understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.

Attention To Detail

Great communication skills
-
Ability to be 100% available both on and off site when needed.

Completion of (or willingness to complete within 90 days of employment) an OHSA 30 General Industry course.
