Versatex, a brand of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc., has developed a unique niche in the sourcing industry. Your role as Vice President of Client Success is to partner with Business Development to transition prospective clients to new clients, lead and optimize new client onboarding to accelerate revenue generation and provide leadership to a team of professionals responsible for account management, organic growth, client retention and value recognition.

You are an ethical, results-driven, agile leader with a comprehensive career is sales operations, preferable within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate excels at both developing relationships through advance interpersonal ability as well as a hands-on leader that understand the business on a strategic & tactical level. You stay abreast of current industry market trends and actively maximizes talent and is a go-getter that is tenacious about driving results.
What will you do?
Executive Client Relations - Ensure that we develop and maintain executive client relationship that lead to client retention and continue growth. Develop industry and community partnerships based upon trust and influence that are mutually beneficial that lead to more effective attainment of our revenue targets.
Revenue Optimization - Leverage effective client relations ability to partner with Business Development to close negotiations with prospects and utilizing program management, onboard new clients to expedite revenue generations.
Project & Program Management - Lead the team in executing multiple client onboardings and ad hoc projects that are driven by a project schedule on-time and within budget . Develop ongoing systematic program drives strategic benefits and organizational growth, rather than a single, tangible deliverable.
Leadership & Management - Willingly able to delegate responsibility and allow employees the freedom to decide 'how' to accomplish goals and solve problems. Provide timely ongoing constructive & positive feedback and facilitate ongoing learning.
Your background
Proven experience with quantifiable results in Account Management, Sales & Operations coupled with formalized education and training, MBA or industry certification and healthcare industry experience preferred.
Able to think strategically and conceptually, as evidenced by experience of approaching problems with innovative, tactical and analytical solutions that create value for clients.
Is technological advance in Microsoft Office, customer management and purchasing software, with the ability to readily adopt to new technology, and is an active on-going life learner.
Adhere to the Foxx culture and operate in the highest ethical standards.
