Summary

Our next Client Success Manager will be a driven, goal-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. CSMs are go-getters with an ability to build relationships, add strategic value to clients, enjoy working collaboratively, and thrive in an entrepreneurial/fast paced environment.

This role may be remote/virtual/work from home within the US. We will not consider non-US based candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly influence and grow revenue for your brand portfolio
  • Develop relationships with your brands’ key stakeholders and promote retention/loyalty
  • Drive long-term Amazon-centric business planning and day-to-day operational management.
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Educate brand contacts on new product/service offerings available to them through the Amazon marketplace. Ensure we are communicating with decision makers and drive engagement
  • Provide weekly reporting & insights to your clients on Amazon performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand clients’ product lines on Amazon
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Amify (creative, advertising, inventory planning, customer service, brand protection, and operations) to achieve client goals
  • Onboard new accounts brought on by Business Development
  • Identify and help implement improvements to team processes over time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business or similar program
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional work experience required
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in account management working in or with the CPG Apparel industry (whether directly for an Apparel company or at an agency managing Apparel clients)
  • Digital marketing experience required
  • Previous Amazon or Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good business acumen and attention to detail
  • Passion for people, conversation, and building relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of intermediate level skills in Excel
  • Ability to manage and adapt multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bias for action and ownership, with an ability to work both independently and with others to achieve team goals
