Job Description
As the leader of Employee Health & Wellness at Cincinnati Children’s, you are pivotal in fostering a culture of health, wellness, and safety among our workforce. This position:
- Leads the Employee Health Clinic, responsible for conducting post-offer onboarding screenings for new hires and ensuring compliance with health standards and vaccination requirements.
- Leads the Absence Management Team, responsible for designing and administering employee leave programs.
- Leads the strategy and development of Cincinnati Children’s employee wellness program.
- Oversees workers’ compensation and ADA processes.
- Oversees the onsite acute care clinic for employees (outsourced)
- Is a key contributor to the development and management of the organizational strategy for employee wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare administration, occupational health, and wellness program development.
