Job Description
Northern Kentucky University (NKU) invites applicants for the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion position. This person is responsible for facilitating progress towards diversity goals, and assisting with data collection. They will also support the Equity Analysis of the University’s Workforce and actively engage students and employees to further develop campus community.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. This person should possess strong writing skills, demonstrate awareness to the importance of diversity, and have strong organization and management skills.
