Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for the coordination of investment activities for institutional clients and FEG’s proprietary funds with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators and FEG internal teams. The position entails resolving account specific administrative and operational issues

Position Responsibilities

  • Execution of investment related activities associated with rebalancing and new investments
  • Manage and process cash activities including wires, private capital calls and distributions.
  • Coordinate the execution of new investor documents including subscription documents for alternative investments
  • Fulfil audit requirements
  • Perform account maintenance, valuation and reconciliation activities
    • Managing custodian interfaces
    • Construct and maintain client performance and portfolio monitoring reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of service
  • At least two years’ experience in the investment management industry, with specific client service and operations experience
  • Knowledge of client custody, account management and portfolio management systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of investment terminology including alternatives investments (i.e. hedge funds and private capital)
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to learn proprietary software
