Operations Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH (In-Person)

About the Role
/ Position Summary

The Operations Analyst is Responsible for the coordination of investment activities for institutional clients and FEG’s proprietary funds with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators and FEG internal teams. This position entails resolving account specific administrative and operational issues.

What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities

  • Execution of investment related activities associated with rebalancing and new investments.
  • Manage and process cash activities including wires, private capital calls and distributions.
  • Coordinate the execution of new investor documents including subscription documents for alternative investments.
  • Preparing account paperwork for clients at various custodians, banks, and institutions.
  • Fulfil audit requirements for clients.
  • Perform account maintenance, valuation, and reconciliation activities.
    • Managing custodian interfaces.
    • Construct and maintain client performance and portfolio monitoring reports.
  • Setting up client accounts in portfolio management systems and reporting systems.
  • Preparing weekly client performance and monitoring reviews.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically mentioned herein that may arise in the normal course of business.

What We Expect / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of service. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
  • 1+ years of work experience in the investment management industry, with specific client service and operations experience.
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
  • Exemplary knowledge of client study, account management and portfolio management systems.
