Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community, voted as one of the top retirement communities on the east side, is currently seeking part-time and full time Servers for the Dining Services team. Our servers are responsible for providing our residents and their guests with a fine dining experience. The qualified candidate should exhibit outstanding customer service skills and a desire to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and availability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Servers ensure that the Dining Room is set up according to ERS standards for meals
- Servers serve meals to residents and their guests
- Servers buss, wipes down and resets tables and chairs
- Servers prepares trays and delivers to residents as requested
- Servers clean and maintains dining room (beverage stations, serving stations, vacuuming)
- Servers provide outstanding customer service to all customers in accordance with our overall philosophy of Person Centered Care
Qualifications
- Flexibility and availability to work various hours
- Server experience helpful but will train
