(Archived) Process Administrator/Titling Coordinator
Job Description
Summary:
The Process Administrator is responsible for assisting customers in equipment titling and securing collateral. This role performs a variety of assignments including providing proper documentation, continuation and termination of UCCs, and ongoing customer support and communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes records, files or documents related to equipment titles.
- Compiles regular and special reports drawing data from a variety of sources.
- Exchanges information and resolve problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
- Refers unusual cases to team leader or supervisor.
- May train less experienced colleagues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 or more years of work experience in a processing type function.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
- Ability to multi-task
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
