Description
Provides oversight of Account Reconcilement (ARP), Account Analysis, ACH Operations, Wire Transfer Operations, Cash Vault Services, Lockbox Operations, Remote Deposit Capture, and Treasury Management Implementation Operations. Provides corporate-wide leadership and governance for Enterprise Payment Operations and the Funds Movement Governance Program, including responsibility for oversight of end-to-end processes (from origination through settlement) of funds movement transactions originated by customers and colleagues. Plays an integral role in supporting the strategic and tactical objectives of the Treasury Management business segment as well as the organization as a whole, and is intimately involved in the day-to-day services provided to Huntington’s Commercial and Business Banking clients. Accountable for high inherent risk processes, functions and systems that fall within the company's SOX governance framework.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of Treasury Management experience.
- Experience leading Treasury Management Operations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years of experience managing a multi-functional operations team.
- Provides thought leadership, Strategic planning, and Staff development for the Treasury Management Ops business segment.
- Provides training, guidance and staff development in product knowledge, data management, business analysis and strategic planning.
- CTP or similar Industry Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven leadership skills.
- Proven track record setting strategic direction for a large, cross-functional operations team
- Demonstrated ability successfully introducing new business strategies.
- Ability to work with a virtual team to deliver a comprehensive strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
