Job Description

Northern Kentucky University (NKU) invites applicants for Director, Office of Financial Assistance. The Director will provide leadership to the Office of Student Financial Assistance and One Stop Center to ensure exceptional service is provided to students, parents, faculty, staff and the university community. This role is responsible for daily managerial leadership to the Office of Student Financial Assistance and One Stop Center ensuring staff, programs, practices and policies support student success and the university’s strategic plan of enhancing recruitment, enrollment, persistence, retention and graduation rates.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree and five (5) years related experience. Degree in a related filed area (MIS, CIS, Higher Ed Administration, Business, etc.) Extensive documented experience with a student information system in a college or university Registrar’s Office or demonstrated technical skills with other types of integrated administrative software.
