Job Description

Northern Kentucky University (NKU) invites applicants for a program coordinator responsible for supporting the activities of the ENTERprise NKU team, including ensuring timely follow-up on all ongoing external engagement activities; tracking and recording external engagement activities; maintaining the ENTERprise NKU and Professional Development & Continuing Education web portals; developing sponsorship and engagement proposals; triaging incoming requests from internal and external partners; and assisting with social media accounts; monitoring and approving program expenditures; and conducting market analysis to prioritize ENTERprise NKU activities. As a key member of the ENTERprise NKU team, this person will work closely with Vice Provost for Graduate Education, Research and Outreach and the AVP of Economic Engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related preferred, any degree with relevant experience is acceptable plus 3 years of work experience required.

Organizational skills and attention to detail; strong communications skills; adaptability and flexibility; self-motivation. Capacity to manage multiple priorities; creativity; collegiality and teamwork Ability to represent NKU to the external community; knowledge of process mapping is a plus.
